Vista Tropical Resort was opened in 2012 by a group of foreign investors that have invested in many restaurants, hotels, stores, and tourism related businesses in the last 25 years. They have exclusively worked in the Guanacaste area and feel the area has the most potential to any other area in the country.

My name is David Williams and I am the president of Vista Tropical Resort. I began coming to Guanacaste over 25 years and it has been very exciting to watch the area change. Everyone who visits cannot quite understand why they love it but they just simply do. Perhaps it's for the abundant wild life or maybe it's the ocean reviews, know one seems to know. All I can tell you with confidence is if you choose to come here, you will feel in love, just as I did over 25 years ago.
